We are members of Certass, who are licensed for certification of replacement windows and doors under Part L of the Building Regulations. We can therefore self certify the installation of windows and doors to confirm compliance with Building Regulations. This saves you the cost of applying for Building Regulations approval, and provides you with the necessary paperwork to confirm that your installation complies with current regulations.

As an extension of the service above, we are able to offer you both Deposit Indemnity Insurance and an Insurance Backed Guarantee. These additional benefits are provided by us to you free of charge. The service is provided by HPL, an Independent Insurance Intermediary regulated by the Financial Services Authority (Reference Number 308565).

We are also members of the British Woodworking Federation and comply with their Code of Conduct. This highlights our commitment to maintaining our standards, and our conduct is assessed on an ongoing basis by the Federation.

Furthermore we provide a one year warranty that covers production and material faults for a one year period from the invoice date. The warranty only applies if site handling, storage, installation and decoration are carried out in accordance with recognised codes of practice, and is subject to our conditions of sale.
